Thomas Quasthoff cancels concerts

Due to a persistent laryngitis, doctors have advised Thomas Quasthoff to take some time off from performing and to cancel all concert appearances for the rest of the year. After taking the necessary time to make a full recovery, he looks forwards to returning to the stage next year with his voice once again in tiptop condition. He thanks his loyal audience and all concert organisers for their understanding.
