

Susan Graham is one of the leading vocal artists at work today, in great demand around the world both on the operatic stage and in recital. Her unusually wide-ranging repertoire encompasses both Baroque opera and contemporary music. She was a major contributor to the rediscovery of the operas of Christoph Willibald Gluck, performing the title role in the composer’s »Iphigénie en Tauride« at New York’s MET, the Lyric Opera in Chicago, San Francisco Opera as well as London’s Royal Opera House Covent Garden. In recognition of her championing of French music she has been awarded the title »Chevalier de la Légion d‘honneur« by the French government.
