Stefan Seidl

Stefan Seidl, born in Leipzig in 1965, received his first music lessons in Markneukirchen at the age of six. From 1978 to 1982, he was taught as an external student at the Special School for Music in Dresden. 

He completed his music studies from 1982 to 1987 at the Carl Maria von Weber University of Music, also in Dresden.
He played with the Staatskapelle Dresden for the first time in 1982 and has been a permanent member since 1988.
